When do the groups meet?
Each group determines its own monthly meeting schedule. Group Sessions are usually conducted during the week, either during business hours, or in the early evening. Sessions are scheduled in advance so that group members can commit to a meeting schedule.
Where do the groups meet?
Most groups meet in or around the greater Boston area. Groups are usually hosted by the group members themselves, often in their homes or office spaces, and usually on a revolving basis so that different group members take turns hosting. In some cases, the group may rent or acquire a common space in which to meet.
Are there any groups that meet virtually?
There are no groups that currently meet virtually, although if there is sufficient interest—particularly from people outside the greater Boston area, such a group could easily form. The structure and fee would otherwise be the same. If you are interested in starting a virtual group, please contact Erek to be added to a waiting list and/or to discuss next steps.

HOW IS THE PROGRAM STRUCTURED?
Verve Sessions is a 12-month program made up of three components:
- Monthly, 3-hour group coaching sessions (in-person)
- Monthly, 1-hour private business coaching sessions (usually via phone or Skype)
- Group email chat (via Google Groups or comparable service)
IS THERE A LIMIT ON GROUP SIZE?
Yes. In the interest of ensuring value and discussion time for every participant, groups are limited to a maximum of 8 people (the coach, plus 7 participants). Average group size usually runs from 5 to 7 people (including the coach).
WHO COACHES OR FACILITATES THE GROUPS?
All group sessions are facilitated by Erek Ostrowski. You can read more about Erek, here.
How much does the program cost?
It depends on the size of your business (in full-time employees and gross annual revenue), and the frequency of coaching services. Monthly fees range from $325 to $1895, and an overview of each membership level can be found on the program information page. For more information, please contact Erek.
Are any food or drinks PROVIDED?
In many cases, yes—but it is up to each group to decide. People think more clearly when they're not starving, so light food and coaching tend to go well together. Verve Coaching will reimburse the host for modest expenses within a determined per-session budget. Receipts must be provided, and expenses must be cleared with Erek in advance.
How do I schedule my private coaching sessions?
Scheduling your monthly private coaching sessions is easy. An online scheduling page is provided here, and appointment confirmations and reminders are sent automatically via email to the address you specify. 24 hours' notice is required to change or cancel a session.
What if I need to Miss a Group Session?
All group members are expected to attend all of their group's scheduled sessions. Meeting schedules are determined well in advance so that members can log the dates in their calendars and avoid potential conflicts. In the event that you encounter an unanticipated conflict, it is expected that you will inform your group immediately, and request that the group reschedule the session at a time when all members can attend. There are no refunds for missed sessions.
What if I need to leave the program for some reason?
It depends. This is handled on a case by case basis. Verve Sessions is a 12-month program, and participants sign up for 12 months at a time (although they may pay in monthly installments if they wish). In some cases, such as when a group member leaves the geographical area unexpectedly, or if health reasons prevent the group member from attending, a partial refund may be given.
