Erek Ostrowski is a leadership and organizational coach, coaching program designer, and faculty chair of the Leadership & Organizational Coaching (LOC) master’s concentration at the University of Pennsylvania (Organizational Dynamics). With over 25 years of experience, Erek has established himself as a pivotal figure in the realm of coaching and consulting, particularly among executive entrepreneurs. His collaborative approach enables business leaders to engage in meaningful reflection and inquiry, which in turn drives significant business outcomes and fosters a culture of learning and positive change.
Erek's expertise extends to various domains, including coaching for executives, entrepreneurs, peer groups, and leadership teams. He is renowned for his innovative research on group coaching, particularly within entrepreneurial firms, highlighting his commitment to enhancing leadership capabilities. Focused on the challenges of organizational growth and scalability, Erek’s coaching and consulting efforts empower executive entrepreneurs to navigate obstacles effectively. Erek holds a PhD in Organizational Development and Change from Fielding Graduate University, and is credentialed with both the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE). He carries a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management from Lesley University, a Graduate Certificate in Evidence-Based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University, and a Master of the Arts (MA) degree in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University. Erek is a member of the Institute of Coaching (IOC) at Harvard/McLean Hospital, and a board member of the Graduate School Alliance for Education in Coaching (GSAEC). In 2017, he was awarded a Harnisch Fellowship from the Institute of Coaching for his original research on navigating entrepreneurial challenges through group coaching.
