You can’t start a journey if you don’t know where you want to go. The Discovery session covers your long-term goals and aspirations, your short-term business goals, and your expectations for the coaching program.
Objective: Establish your goals and areas of focus for the program.
ASSESSMENT
Designed to help you foster more meaningful and productive relationships with team members and direct reports by gaining awareness of your own and others' workplace motivations and preferences.
Objective: Increase self-knowledge and understanding of others' behavior.
ENGAGEMENT
Where the rubber hits the road. Drive your business to the next level with the tools, knowledge, and structure you need to succeed. Includes 6 hours of private coaching delivered weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
Objective: Take action toward your goals, expand your knowledge and skills.
COMPLETION
Evaluate your coaching program in light of your goals. Reinforce what you've learned and celebrate your achievements. Discuss what's next.
