Erek Ostrowski is the founder and creative force behind Verve Coaching. Originally from Rochester NY, Erek has over 10 years of professional experience coaching people and organizations to achieve diverse goals and produce unprecedented results.

His broad and extensive coaching background includes training and mentoring from some of the most highly respected coaches and coaching institutions in the world. As a former student and practitioner of Chinese Medicine and Japanese Acupressure, Erek brings a unique and holistic perspective to his coaching practice, which is based in Boston, MA.

Erek’s distinct coaching methodology is characterized by his acute listening skills and his ability to move easily back and forth between the big picture view and the smallest details. Clients describe his coaching style as clarifying, enlightening, challenging, and deeply rewarding.

Kelly Schauf is a professional coach and consultant with over 8 years of experience. Originally from Buffalo NY, Kelly has worked successfully with both individuals and groups, helping them achieve a diverse range of goals and objectives.

As a result of working closely with top professionals in the personal development field for several years, Kelly’s approach to working with clients is light and easy, while also powerfully focused on making a difference.

Currently based out of the NYC area, Kelly specializes in team building and the relational dynamics of organizational culture. His coaching has been regarded as highly effective, creative, intuitive, and direct.
