I came across this post from a fellow blogging coach, Shann Vander Leek at True Balance Life Coaching.

Her post entitled “Clobbering Overwhelm” is one of the most succinct and eloquent posts I’ve ever seen on how exactly to free yourself from overwhelm.

Print this out and hang it on your wall…or forward the link to people you know who work too hard!

I’m sure many Verve Coaching readers can benefit from Shann’s post, and her wealth of practical wisdom!

    Good point – as a VA, I often help people with the delegating part, but one of the things people overlook is asking themselves if they really need or want to do these things in the first place!
